I am a professional hairdresser in a men's salon. Cordless clippers make cutting easier. I've had cordless trimmers before and they've lasted longer than the previous pairs I've had. It's important to keep them charged, although as soon as they run out of power for a little bit they start to pull your hair (in my experience). They aren't as tight as T-Liners or Detailers, but for the money this is a good buy.
