Review on Phisoderm Fragrance-Free Cream Cleanser 6 oz for Sensitive Skin - Pack of 4 by Jessica Redmann

Be careful. If you are/were a regular user of Phisoderm ORIGINAL FORMULA, please note that this is not the case. I only bought this product based on the photo showing it was the original formula only to find out that when I received it they replaced it with a new formula. I called Mentholatum and they no longer make the original formula. Now they have added a moisturizer plus 3 other ingredients to the product. I've been using this product for a week and my face is glowing red so obviously I can't take the addition of moisturizer. When I called Mentholatum they informed me that they were receiving numerous complaints and that these complaints would be escalated to the quality control department. I hope that with enough complaints from consumers like me who can't use the new product, our original formula returns to the market. In the meantime, when viewing reviews, be sure to check the date of the review. Everything up to the end of 2012 relates to the original formula, which was great. I expect Revain will eventually update the image to reflect the real product in the meantime. If you're looking for the original formula, don't buy.
