I bought this with high hopes. It's comfortable to wear and actually stays in my ears. I only received one headphone instead of the other sizes, but everything was fine, no problems. I charged it and it sounded great for the first day, I liked it but it only stayed charged for an hour. When I went to charge the second time, I noticed that I hadn't removed the tiny strips above the speakers, which is important for charging. I removed them, charged them and tried again, this time the charge took about 10 minutes. When I touched his side, he disconnected from the phone. The button to press many functions does not work. I tried it 4 times because I really wanted it to work. It's actually very handy, if only it would work. I am sending it back and will invest in a good brand. It was a great price but you get what you pay for. Update 7/1/21 Today the company contacted me about the T16 headphones and I was very surprised. I have to change my review because I didn't send it back. I really like her. I realized I wasn't letting them charge enough. The control buttons do not work properly. I could hear the callers but they couldn't hear me. I thought maybe it was my fault. They're great for Netflix music podcasts etc. I love how handy they are and didn't realize they would keep charging in the case without a network connection. The company offered me a full refund or a replacement pair. I of course opted for a free replacement as they thought they might be defective. I am very satisfied because the sound quality is excellent. They sit very comfortably on the ear and constantly charge in the case. I'm waiting for a new pair.
