The drawer is great, no mat, no customer service!
The box is great for traveling in the back of my small SUV; but when the box arrived one long side was covered with a white-grey stain - mold? I was able to clean it with a spray and a cloth. The carpet had black stains down one long side and an orange stain in the corner where the zipper is. Seller notified but NO RESPONSE. The padding is very thin and flimsy. It was too big, so there were big creases in the middle of the rug. Took the liner off and cut off 2 inches - sloppy workmanship!
