One size larger. Comfortable, but only on certain surfaces. I bought them for gardening and the soles are terribly thin. Small rocks, even sticks, can be quite uncomfortable to walk on. The sharp ends will definitely cut through the soles. It's perfectly acceptable to wear around the house, but for gardening I'd go to a different brand.
