This came 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙮 on the recommendation of another patient. When I plugged it in I had a bit of a hard time connecting the plug to the mini but thought nothing of it. I used the mini and it was great. What a relief! I am in constant pain and finding something to help me is almost a miracle. Unfortunately, over time it became more and more difficult to connect the Mini to the charger. In the end I couldn't get used to it at all. In fact, I accidentally forced open a small door trying to figure out what the problem was. The little piece that the plug goes through was fully plugged back into the mini and no longer had a connection. Then I found out that I cannot return the goods. Of course I broke the door, so I can't get it back. I'm 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 disappointed. I have to spend another $100 to get this product which is very THERAPETICAL for me and I don't have that money.
