I was going to send it back so I just gave the company three. Although the bed is soft, it's not at the front like I thought it would be, and smaller than I thought it would be. When I requested a refund I was told that I would have to pay them shipping back (as I thought) but they would also charge a 20/25% restocking fee. I didn't think that was cool! I've decided to keep it because after all this I'm basically giving it back to them. After working with her and taking her there especially when she wants to sleep, she finally decided it was a good place to sleep. ❤️🐾
