I gave it 1 star at first but since their customer service was absolutely amazing I'm only giving it 4 stars because I don't give it 5 because I still have to take into account that I didn't get a good product, but I've been in touch with the company and they are amazing. Your customer service is 100% They send me a new bag of my choice. I've never met a company that would do that. They only send you a refund. This company is very sincere. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a bag. They will do their best to help you. I will write a new review when I receive a new bag. I just received this bag and am very disappointed. I really wanted to like this bag. After reading all the reviews I thought this backpack would be awesome but it is not. The material is very thin, like plastic. The description said there were multiple zipped pockets inside, but there weren't any. Inside the bag there was only one large compartment with a laptop compartment. The only other compartment was on the front of the bag, which is good, but it's very small. Another thing that was wrong in the description is the size. I straightened the straps as much as possible and the bag still wasn't against my chest and back. The only, what was right about this bag was the key chain holder in the front pocket which was not right as shown in the pictures. . All in all I am very disappointed with this product. I will contact the company to see if I can get another bag or get my money back. To be honest I think I have a kid's bag or a fake of their brand. Because this bag can't get that many 5-star ratings.
