Outstanding quality for the price. Very cute decorations.
I was a little apprehensive about buying these based on reviews that they tear easily. Not really if you're trying to spend a little time separating the swirls. I bought two packs and spent less than half an hour getting them ready to hang. And I'm slow They are made of thinly coated plastic. You carefully part them so that they hang in curls. They have a nice little plastic hanger that you can either tape down or maybe secure with pins. I was impressed with them and thought they looked really good for the price.
