buyer be careful please read this review before buying and don't make the same mistake as me. to pay for Canon replacement toners, which cost $400 as a kit. That being said, I double and triple checked compatibility with our Canon MF743CDW printer and the product description said it would work with our specific Canon printer. Well they didn't work at all so apparently they're incompatible, or both the original order and the replacement I received were defective, which is unlikely anyway. The first order I received was defective and the parts broke so I had to issue a replacement. The replacement arrived and appeared to be physically intact, so I decided to proceed with the installation process. These toners do not come with the required chips, so you will need to remove the chips from Canon OEM toners and transfer them to these toners. I completed the installation, followed the instructions verbatim and even watched the tutorial video and installed it in my printer. They didn't work, the printer didn't print at all even after following the suggested troubleshooting steps. The printer recognized that the toners were installed, so this was definitely not user error. So trust me, don't buy these toners. They will not work with the Canon MF743CDW printer and probably most other printers listed in their description. Apologies for this long review, but as a fellow consumer I felt the need to let other consumers know about my concerns about this product.
