Emlly's admin functions are good because it's very user-friendly and has all those features we need in one place. I like the fact that I can access my info anywhere so when I'm out of the office I can still check things with ease. I didn't have any dislikes as far as the application goes it was fine but i think there needs to be some improvements for it to run smoother. The problem we were having before Employ where multiple people were accessing info at the same time which caused slowdowns. The ease of using the software, with its many features for various departments in my organization. I love how it has so much flexibility to suit various needs across the board. It is easy to navigate the website and find what you are looking for. The interface could be more user-friendly, but this is not a big problem. This software is very effective and helps me manage all the HR related activities within my department seamlessly.
