Much better than the (damn cheap) Neewer 3.5mm Hands-Free Computer Clip-on Mini Lapel Mic (3x Lavalier Mic), but worse than I expected based on the reviews . I tested it on several recorders and a phone and while they sounded ok they were too sensitive to background noise and echoes. For now this is my main concern until I find something more omnidirectional. They are good for job interviews. My biggest complaint is that the foam windscreen doesn't hold up well at all and because it's so small it's exceptionally easy to use. Check out my video where I compare it to other mics alongside other recorders.
