First, my husband owns a mountain bike this color, so this was a gift that I knew would be displayed. With that being said, we did try to use it for cutting pizza and we could only use the back "tire” since the front one is flimsy and came a little bent. While the edge of the cutting piece is actually pretty sharp, it took more pressure than what I could have expected to cut the pizza. As far as cleaning the product, I used a sponge and turned the wheel, keeping the product from getting submerged as we planned to display it. The pizza came off pretty well and I only struggled at the middle point where it connected to the "frame” of the bike. Overall, I would recommend this for someone that really enjoys biking, but more as a display piece rather than a regular kitchen tool.
