My zipper broke after using the bag for just one day. I really like this bag and would love to just get a replacement but there is no way to replace this bag only to get a refund and then keep buying the bag again. BUT I can't get a refund until I send the bag back which is a bit annoying but I like the look of the bag and its size so I'll try again and see how it goes. Will change my rating for this bag if I eventually get a new one if all goes well. UPDATE: I got an email from the seller and he sent me a new one and I don't have to send another one back. I am very impressed with the support response from this seller and have now increased my rating for this bag to 5 stars because although I had issues with it I still love it so much. Definitely 100% recommend this wallet to anyone looking for something not too big not too small and the color is very similar to the color in the picture. Again, a very satisfied customer!
