Review on Chromebook Pressure Protocol Compatible Chrombook by Brandon Woodson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good for the price (discounted)

So I bought this pen because it was the cheapest USI pen at Revain after a 30% discount and I thought all these things were probably made in a factory, so it doesn't matter which brand i buy it from. Thanks to Revain's easy return policy, I figured if that doesn't work, I'll just buy a better one. It only took me about an hour, enough time to open multiple note-taking apps. It feels very good in the hand, but has a decent weight. It's super responsive compared to what I'm used to (to be honest I've never had a USI button). However, it has no buttons. It's just a pen. I think Chromebooks still have a short way to go before they work perfectly with USI pens. Palm deflection requires a bit of work. Most applications require you to agree to use the pen. It doesn't look like there's a system-wide option to use palm rejection or stylus-specific gestures on my Acer Spin. If anything changes I'll try to remember to update my review.
