Review on Excel Database Tasks (EDT) by Mark Clark

I like that it is easy for me as an end user - once i've created my own table in excel then EDT makes creating ETL tasks pretty straightforward! The interface could be more intuitive or better designed with regards how one creates their tables within EDt- but all good things come at some point of time!! Overall its quite flexible tool which allows us create our very customised applications without having any coding knowledge required from users! Some minor issues we have encountered are : 1.) Not being able too use formulas while saving files2.). Saving file size sometimes becomes huge3). File sizes not always saved correctly4). Sometimes there might arise situations where certain fields cannot save properly5 ). Lackadaise support6). Certain functions do require manual intervention7).[Not enough templates available]8.[A need exists if want multiple instances running simultaneously.].
