I took this chair on the Lost Coast Trail because my best friend always brings a chair and I usually just sit on the carpet. It's actually nice to be able to straighten your back and sit in a chair after a walk. I bought another chair and this Trekology from Revain and chose this one because of the weight, fabric and design. There is a small cell phone pocket on the side, very convenient. I felt like one could sink into the chair a bit without being as tense as the other. The chair isn't ultra-lightweight like other high-end models, but it's definitely light enough to make it a great hiking luxury item. But based on the few ounces and the huge price difference, I think it's definitely the way to go.
