The best thing about handytrain was its ease of use for both staff & clients alike - whether it be scheduling or collecting feedback after an event! I would say there were no downsides but if you are looking at this from cost perspective then perhaps look elsewhere? A bit pricey when compared with other solutions out in market place now-a day's so maybe cheaper than some products available today could do similar job?? We used handytrain mainly because we wanted something simple where everyone can schedule events easily without too much hassle etc.,.
