In fact I was very disappointed. I ordered this as a birthday present for an old friend. The package was supposed to arrive on September 11th which was perfect as I see them on September 16th. I am now learning that this will not happen until September 18th. I would never have made a purchase if I hadn't received it on time. Edit: I'm not sure how they managed this, but the package arrived on time, perfect for the birthday present I was planning to give. The customer service rating has been changed to excellent!
