Review on Ascentis by Eric Garron

The ability to keep track of all employees is so helpful for payroll processing! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without assistance from HR people. I have been able to easily make adjustments as needed when new hires come onboard. Some functions need improvement - especially with regards to creating reports. We've seen improvements since we first started using this software over 3 years ago though nothing was perfect at the time. Benefits include ease of tracking hours worked/taken off during leave periods and being able to create multiple different types of employee profiles within one system (eg manager profile vs front line worker).
