I bought this product because I thought it would be fully compatible with my HP Jet Pro M404m printer. It is not. Even after installation, the printer continues to signal a low cartridge level. This window appears after each print job on your computer until you delete it. It's annoying. According to the instructions, this is normal. Speaking of installation, you'll need to transfer the software chip from your previous HP cartridge to the new Aztech cartridge you just bought for it to work. If you're not handy, this can be difficult. All in all, this product will work in an emergency, but it's not for everyday use and I wouldn't recommend it.
