I like that this tool can be used to help identify issues with Oracle Database queries in general or specific tables within an application without having full access of all source codes which is great if you don't have direct contact from developers who created it! You would need support personnel such as DBA's etc because there are many advanced features not everyone knows how use effectively (eg : Advanced Query Execution Plan). This has helped me create custom reports by pulling data out my database via SSIS package using OLE DB Source component; so we've been able to produce more accurate & detailed information about our applications than ever before!!
