I rarely post reviews but this time, I have to. I suffer from severe night sweats due to having diabetes, taking insulin and being post-menopausal, all factors contributing to the condition. For the first time in months, I woke up without my hair matted to my head. It's short and curly. Instead, my head felt dry. I still have bedhead but that's more to due with my unruly curls! The back of my neck was dry and that meant my pajama top was dry too. Gone was that unpleasant cold and clammy feeling. The cooling effect helped me fall asleep faster. I battle insomnia, in no small part due to feeling so uncomfortable, and with these pillowcases I had no problem relaxing and drifting away to sleep.
