Poor product and sound quality
The product lacked quality in construction and materials used. Difficult to insert and remove the charger. When using it as a cellphone speakerphone, people I spoke to reported that my voice sounded muffled, which means the built-in microphone was not well designed or tested for sound quality by the manufacturer. That's three strikes against him, so I brought him back.
