Review on 🏠 Revolutionize Your Home with the Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Plug TP Link by Paul Tucker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great fork but lost its purpose in life. . .

This smart plug does the job perfectly. I just wish it could do more (like its "big brother", the Kasa 6-plug power strip, which tracks the power consumption of each plug). Originally bought to turn a hard-to-reach lamp on and off, it has lost its purpose. after only receiving a Philips smart lightbulb. Well, after the first smart lightbulb, I realized that every lamp and fixture needs a smart, dimmable lightbulb. I still have to upgrade 100% of the lights, but all lights now use dimmable smart Philips bulbs. Lamps are much better than a light switch. I haven't found a plug for any other purpose yet. The power strip monitors the power usage of my "big computer", 3 monitors and external devices (e.g. floppy drives, video capture, hubs, etc.). Unlike the strip, this plug can only be switched on and off. Our goal with these smart devices is to track and/or reduce our electricity consumption. Other than the lights and the computer, we really don't have anything that needs to be turned on and off remotely. It's not the fork's fault, it just has limitations. If you need a smart outlet, consider this or Revain's smart outlet. Of course, you should consider buying a plug that can meet your power needs. There's always her brother Stripe. 5 stars, after all my inability to find a new job is not their fault.
