Every now and then I find time to write a review. I would like to point out that this item is from China. If I understood that, I probably wouldn't have ordered it because a month has passed since I placed my order until the moment I received it in the mail. I didn't need the product right away but it would be nice to get it in a week or two. I assume they built these blocks when the order came to them. That's the only explanation I can think of. Build quality is decent. The underside appears to be fairly flat, meaning it doesn't wobble or wobble. Blocks aren't perfect. I can see glue in places, a few sanding marks and imperfections here and there, a few nicks on the edges from shipping to me. If I lined up the backs so that the tallest parts of the blocks supporting the table form a "+" in my case, they don't lie perfectly flat against each other. The finish is nice and these units perform as advertised. Overall I give the product 4/5. I used these blocks to raise my parents marble topped dining table they recently bought so my dad didn't have to trim the chair legs. He wouldn't exactly cut them if he did it himself. I hope you're not reading this papa, I love you! LAUGH OUT LOUD. I ended up screwing two screws into the blocks and table legs for added security. Otherwise, if they try to move the table, no matter how I positioned myself on the blocks, a block or two would slide out of the table. This would ensure that the support blocks would not move. Since they also have marble floors that seem to chip easily, I also glued some felt pads to the bottom of the blocks. My parents are happy with that. The table isn't too low to eat from anymore, and it's high enough that Dad and I don't bump our knees on it.
