What is more personal than how a person sleeps and what type of pillow is required to assist in a perfect sleep? There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to pillows and this one is no different. I found this pillow to be comfortable to a certain extent. It is soft and has quality foam as the backbone of the pillow. The two inserts (soft and firm) are a good idea and both felt good to me, although the firm one is probably the best. The contour of the pillow allows for two options if turned around. I like the larger, firmer side for my neck issue.I found the pillow to be too low and had to put one of my own pillows underneath it to prop it up to my comfortable standard. This arrangement was not perfect as the memory foam one tended to slide off of my pillow numerous times during the night.Overall, this pillow may work well for some people but it was not the perfect solution for my cervical neck problem. I give it a conditional recommendation.
