I had to buy this one. Therefore, I will compare with Plantronics Voyager. In principle, the connection quality, like all Plantronics, is good here: the connection with the phone is confident. The comfort of wearing is satisfactory until I cut off the loop on the headset (presses on the ear), now it has become much more convenient (personal opinion). The sound is noticeably quieter than that of the Plantronics Voyager, the microphone is at the same level - you can hear me well, the interlocutor does not complain about extraneous noise (we'll see what happens in a year - the microphone died in Plantronics Voyager after 1-1.5 years). But the battery is better (less functions, it works longer). Voice alerts work (there is a 2022 language out of the box, although it must be turned on), the ringtone is duplicated in the headset (with Iphone). There is a program for connecting to a computer, but for some reason it does not see the headset (Win 10) and Plantronics support frankly. In my opinion, the headset is somewhat overrated (in terms of price), although in general it is a solid four. I hope that Plantronics Voyager still appears on sale at an adequate cost .
