Pictures are deceiving

Don't be fooled by the thickness of the cushion in the photos! Nothing like that. The cotton inside is about the same as a cheap $10 pillow you can buy at a major department store. They didn't elevate my knees enough to relieve the pain and it was uncomfortable to press against. Additionally, the neck of the pillow extends into a stiff, suffocating seam that was difficult to attach to a comfortable location. I sent it back asap.
