edit *** After I submitted my 1 star review, the company asked me to delete it and I was bribed with a gift card. It doesn't change the fact that the product was defective.*** What a terrible product! I tested it before installation, it worked fine. Then I get that on the back of my TV. The adhesive has peeled off the backing of the tape. No tear strip, just real glue. So I had to figure out how to get the glue back on the strip. I'm a smart bastard so I figured it out after about 15 minutes of fishing. I turn it on, it burns for 10 minutes while trying to figure out the settings. The instruction is just awful and you seem to just swing and then die. It's really related to my Alexa. But then it lost connection and wouldn't turn on. Then I unplugged the USB, plugged it back in and it flickered, I heard a slight buzz as it turned off and it just died. I kept playing this game. It only burns for 1-2 seconds before going out. I'm looking for help in the app and nothing. So I took everything off the TV and now I'm giving it back. Please don't waste your time with this product.
