Fully foldable! in my opinion
This skirt is very cute and durable. I love that it has pleats all over the skirt, not just the front. I had to go back because my soon to be friendlier child is not very good at unzipping to use the bathroom. I hope to buy again next year when she has more zipper practice.

- A good skirt is not short, but rather short and tapers at the waist
Cons
- A dull appearance and lack of shine, making the skirt look old and worn.
