Review on 🎒 ISPECLE Transparent Backpack with Reinforced Compartment by Brooke King

I bought this transparent backpack for my son in July. He only opened it this week and found that there is NO zipper in the left side pocket so he can't open it. He CANNOT use the side pocket to open it due to the lack of a zip and is very frustrated. He said how can a company produce backpacks without checking if there is a zipper? He insisted that I contact the company and file a complaint saying this was wrong and was in fact a quality control issue. I had to check it carefully when I got it back in July.
