My medical team has instructed me to spend a certain amount of time each day elevating my legs above heart level. Have you ever tried using pillows? Very uncomfortable and every time you get up or move they have to be readjusted. This airbag was easy to adjust to the right tension (I felt like it gave out a bit) and held the pressure for over 3 weeks. I had to either put on the clothes (like the product image) or cover them with a light towel, blanket or sheet as I didn't care how the pillow material felt against my bare skin. Others may not care and it wasn't enough for me to deduct a star. This rating is great.
