The product is terrible, much below my expectations.

Pay extra and get yourself a Steelseries arctis 1 price is 600 more expensive, but the soft-touch plastic is excellent, the sound and microphone are good, the software may not be particularly functional, but any software is better than software tied to the microsoft store. hyperx and are synonyms. And not being able to turn off automatically is just a disgrace.
