Review on 🎮 Ecarke USB Mini 3-Key Keypad Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with Macro Programming Software - OSU HID Standard Keyboard (Cherry Shaft Upgrade) by Brian Delgado

I got this so I can program a macro to toggle my KVM inputs (my new keyboard doesn't work in my KVM -Switch keyboard port for hotkey). I was hoping I could program this to Shift -> Shift -> 1/2 so I can switch between both computers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to get this to work. Even setting this thing as 1 toggle button and the other buttons as 1 and 2 respectively, I couldn't get KVM to toggle. This is not the fault of this macro pad. As a backup, I use it as a macro pad to control MSFT commands on my work laptop and it works great since it's just a keyboard shortcut (e.g. shfit+ctrl+m).
