Order two packs. The first point worked as expected. The second was defective. Since both are not tried at the same time, the return period has expired. Revan didn't help. V4ink support has requested documentation and an image of the issue which I have provided. They seemed ready to get it right, but subsequently failed at it. It looks like you're taking a risk by buying more than one cartridge at a time. Of course mistakes happen, but not completing what is said is another matter.
