Works and protects 18 month old twins with 3 children under 5 years old!
I know some people gave us weird looks to put them on our 18 month old twin granddaughter but with a 5 year old child and crazy people in this world this was the way out because they don't always want to be pushed around the stroller. We took them to the park and tried them out. Some people disagree with this security feature, but it's nice to have on hand in case you need it. They run lightning fast, but I, like a grandmother, don't run that fast.
