I'm about to use the first tube I bought. I only use it on my legs at the moment. I had some discolored patches of skin after epilation which resulted in raised red bumps and then dark spots as they healed. I would not use this product on my face it is very thick and heavy. I think it's best to use it on your body. I apply the cream to my palm, warm it up a bit and rub my palms together. and then you take the time to really rub it into the skin, so I keep going until it's soft and warm. It absorbs quickly if you warm it up and run it on your hands for a few minutes. After about 2 months of using it on my feet, at least twice a week, I see a definite improvement. The spots will definitely go away. They got smaller and lighter, and many disappeared. I'm really glad I found something that works so well. Have ordered a few more tubes as I'm sure there will be more smoothing and smoothing over the next few months with regular use. No strong odor, not expensive given its effectiveness and ease of use. Edit: I bought this product with my own money. Nobody asked me to write a review. I'm honest in my experience. Hope this helped someone else make a decision.
