Excellent protection, sometimes slips sideways
I've been kicked enough times now to write a review on these knee pads. Put simply, they are great. They will definitely protect your feet. Unfortunately, I had to give them a less than perfect assessment of a key problem I kept encountering on the mat. During exercise, the pads begin to move away from the center of the lower leg. It's not a serious problem, but theoretically the shin pads shouldn't move if someone gets kicked in the leg. I have a thinner physique which could contribute to this, but I daresay it can still happen even with thicker shins.
