We bought these to fit in our car for a cross country trip. We used four bags, stuffed them with clothes and bedding. I took great care to completely seal each bag to avoid overfilling, made sure the area I was packing and sealing in was completely clean (so nothing could compromise the bag's integrity), and was overly careful when I made her get dressed. dont pull. they hit the ground or something that could cause a hole or tear. I put all the bags in the trunk, there was nothing around them that could pierce them. A day later I noticed two bags filling with air. When we got to our destination, only the package was as compressed as when it was first sealed. I folded the bags carefully and used a few this week - they were completely full of air in a few hours! Complete garbage. The packaging felt flimsy and flimsy, which surprised me when I opened the box. I'm wondering if the creases/creases on them somehow loosened the plastic so they don't trap air. In any case, the bags must be strong enough to be carried around without fear of breaking. I would not recommend them. The size is good, it will fit a lot, but if they inflate then what's the point. I was going to return them after noticing that they were filling with air but I had already thrown away the box and pump. Now they end up in the trash.
