Very bright for lamps and ceiling fans

Brings more light into a garage utility room than a standard 200 watt incandescent bulb, has a wider spread and produces no heat. I am very happy with the purchase until the pull chain broke inside the unit. Luckily, this outlet also has a wall switch.
