My daughter loves it. We wanted lightweight boots to wear to school on a bad day and they are perfect. The insoles are not glued, which has its advantages and disadvantages. When she stretches her feet, the insoles are happy to come out, but at least they can be removed if they need more cushioning or if they get dirty. My daughter usually wears men's size 3 crocs, women's size 5, and sneakers between a 4.5 and 5, so 5 worked well in that. She has a narrow heel
