Bought two lavender scents as a surprise, one for myself and one for a friend and sent them to TWO different homes and they were both so covered in oil that I barely opened it was all in oil and I have photos to prove it. I'm so upset because I'm a mom, stay at home mom, and was looking forward to it and now I can't even use it? I waited for several days and was so embarrassed that I "surprised" my friend, a housewife, with the fact that the oils were completely poured out and lavender oil was everywhere except in jars! It was more of a mess. I would love to try this product but if actually assembled. I want a refund
