This keyboard is fantastic, but not for the clumsy. If you have spilled a drink on your keyboard more than 3 times in your life, I can advise you to avoid it as the keys take several days to peel off and you cannot remove them, only the keycaps. Stick with tips on how to clean this thing. Overall, this piece is elegant, solid, and sexy. I have cherry red buttons but would like to try brown. A quiet wireless keyboard was important to me, so I didn't even think about a wired mechanical keyboard. After watching a few videos on mechanical keyboards I settled on this one, was pleasantly surprised, plus a stylish braided cable. It's quieter than my latest Logitech keyboard, more responsive with a lower profile and all the features, but not as comfortable as the (removable) palm rest they offer, just hard plastic. It was a 100% style decision because it looks good, but it looks like crap. Roccat should definitely create a convenient removable wrist rest and give a discount to those who bought them with a hard plastic wrist rest. Like me. Cleaning: If you're clumsy enough to spill a sticky drink on your new keyboard, you can fix it up with rubbing alcohol and some cotton swabs. Disable the keyboard. Remove the black cap from the affected sticky buttons, dip a cotton swab in a small amount of friction, the firmer the better, and press the wet cotton swab against the exposed sticky button. It's okay if some medicinal alcohol gets into the transparent capsule. Press the buttons as fast as you can to disperse the rubbing alcohol and remove anything that gets in there. Do about 3 times a day. When you press the buttons, you'll find that they feel normal, but the stickiness returns after it wears off for a while. You need to do this for about 4 days for everything to return to normal and you will find that it just keeps getting better. use. This is the best preset, but difficult to use in the dark. No, the ripple effect is not the same. I've seen people on YouTube talking about the edges of the keys being sharp. What are you doing with this keyboard? Just enter it. lol- The pen can use more graphics, even just lines. It's a feature, but it's colorless on your keyboard. Maybe it would be better if it was metal - I'm glad they didn't use the traditional cherry keys. Roccat keys are literally on fire. The height of the transparent part makes the keys float, which is cool. Everyone should follow this pattern. I think the Roccat team can do their best to develop this module and dominate this area. Now that I know how to clean this thing, I love it. Guys, get rid of the two screws above the F1 and F4 keys, I just noticed them while writing a review - I don't use this keyboard as a gamer, I'm a designer. I don't need to use game mode but the software should allow you to change button function for different programs and recognize that software just like my logi mx master mouse. That's it folks. TLDR. The keyboard is good. If you don't care about style and light, but prefer quiet, you can opt for a light switch. Although I like this one I would buy more. Your friends will notice this keyboard when they visit.
