Bright white light. Solid solid light does not require a lightbulb. The external junction box makes connecting the light incredibly easy. Flush ceiling mounting eliminates leakage around the fixture. I highly recommend this product. It's been almost a year since I installed these headlights. One lamp stopped working and the other started blinking. When I removed the lamp that was no longer working, the junction box and lamp were so hot that they could not be touched even though the lamp was not working. I removed the board cover and the board was burned and the resistor was charred. The PCB cover was also discolored from extreme heat. There was clearly a risk of fire. I also removed the cover from the circuit board on the flashing lightbulb and it also discolored from the heat but not as bad as a lightbulb that stopped working. Accordingly, I do not recommend these lamps as they are short-lived and can pose a fire hazard.
