My wife uses it for work. We first bought it for a special business trip - everyone was looking at her, at the presentations, and she wanted to walk around either in her notebook or files and several binders and just follow her on wheels, all in rest condition. It was a great success! She used it as hand luggage during the flight, but she only takes a book or magazine to read. She doesn't work on an airplane. When I asked her why deduct a star? She said it could be more spacious. After you've stuffed your laptop (DELL 2018 from work that fits in easily), mouse, cables, electronics, a few things in the front of your pocket, pen, phone, passport, etc., make good plans to squeeze in something extra (the book is what it needed. Nice water bottle holder on the side! So no worries. If it lasts all of 2018 with both wheels intact AND the retractable handle, I think I'll have to fall back on five stars, just. There is not many of them, pieces of luggage due to which a whole year is carried to and from planes etc. We stick to that so far so good! Arrived on time and as described. From experience a trip or two, I say it's five stars. : -)
