They work, but they don't work.

Firstly the lights I ordered have 6 orange LEDs on one side and 6 white LEDs on the other side. This is not the case with the ones I received, they have 6 orange LEDs on the top row and 6 on the bottom. To add to this insult, the yellow wire for pattern select doesn't work. You cannot change the template at all. I had an old set on my old work truck and really liked it. It's a shame I waited so long to install it that I can't return it.
