1st was small scissors. It became scary when they put a small pair of scissors in the nose, moreover, it was not easy to cut. Then I bought two different electric trimmers from different brands. The first faded and started pulling on my hair. The second got hot very quickly and I wanted to burn my nostrils. The newest, the Royal hand trimmer, is the most expensive I've ever owned. I'm a curmudgeon and wondering if I shouldn't buy this "manual" twice as expensive as an electric one. Well, I took a chance and it paid off. This is by far the most convenient trimmer. It's spicy (as long as it doesn't pull on my hair), doesn't get hot, and sure pokes up my nose. It's also pretty easy to clean. I wish they had a small cleaning brush with them. Now I use a cotton swab to clean. Well I don't know if it's antibacterial but I know washing it is very easy and I'll be the only user. Correction, he has a brush. The brush is well integrated at the end of the device. It slipped my mind.
