**Update my original review. The seller sent me a new duvet cover because of a broken zipper. Your customer service is amazing. The processing time was fast. I like the material/quality so I will buy matching sheets. ** Definitely recommend this product/seller. This duvet cover is very pretty. The material is soft and does not wrinkle. I would recommend this duvet but the zipper broke and I would like to speak to the seller. I was about to take the cover off and put it in the washing machine for the first time and when I tried to unzip it the zipper broke. I'm disappointed because I really love the duvet. Excellent quality material. I would like to discuss replacing this cap as it doesn't look good unless it has a zip and it shouldn't have broken so easily. Many Thanks.
