Looks like a good product that will probably serve us well. It arrived on time and well packaged. It's durable and looks good. The support system on the back of the TV gives you access to almost all the ports on our LG TVs. Luckily we have access to the ports we need. The package contains many accessories for different TVs. Our stand was missing three plastic washers used on the tempered glass base. I emailed the only contact information listed in the instructions and received no reply. To be honest I don't expect an answer at the moment. That's very disappointing. The lack of pucks doesn't bother me. I am annoyed that no one bothers to reply to this. I made three vinyl washers that work well, are the right size, and protect the tempered glass base. It would be nice to be able to mount the TV lower than possible. The bottom of our set is about 6 inches above the base; We would prefer it to be 2-3 inches. The guide is easy to use with common sense and relatively handy for any furniture project or home renovation. I wouldn't recommend this if this is your first attempt at building something around the house.
